Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Privacy Practices

This Privacy Policy explains how Throne of Profit, LLC ("Throne of Profit," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Throne of Profit software platform, websites, and related services (the "Service"). It applies to information we process as a provider of the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

2. Data Collection

Information you provide: We collect information you submit directly, including account details (such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name), business profile information, answers to prompts, notes, uploaded documents such as financial statements, and communications you send to us.

Payment information: When you subscribe, our third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited billing information such as subscription status, plan, and the identifiers needed to manage your subscription, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically: When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as your device and browser type, IP address, log data, usage activity, and similar diagnostic information, including through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, and we ask that you not submit sensitive information about third parties that you are not authorized to share.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; to create and manage your account; to process subscriptions and payments; to generate reports and other outputs from the information you provide; to respond to your requests and provide support; to communicate with you about the Service; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and to comply with legal obligations.

We use automated systems, including large language models provided by third-party AI providers, to process the information you submit in order to generate outputs. We process your information to provide these features to you and to operate and improve the Service.

As between you and Throne of Profit, you retain ownership of the business information and documents you submit (your "User Content"), and we handle that information as described in this Policy and in our Terms of Service. The Service itself, and the reports, report structures, software, and other proprietary materials that generate and present outputs, remain the exclusive property of Throne of Profit, as set out in the "Intellectual Property" section of the Terms of Service. This Policy governs privacy; ownership of intellectual property is governed by the Terms of Service.

4. Cookies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the Service is used, and maintain security. Some cookies are necessary for the Service to function, while others help us measure and improve performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of parts of the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security and business records.

You may request deletion of your account and associated User Content. Following a deletion request or account termination, we will delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by law. Backups and logs may persist for a limited additional period before being overwritten.

6. Third-Party Providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including cloud hosting and database providers, authentication providers, payment processors, and artificial-intelligence providers that process submitted content to generate outputs. These providers process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.

We may share information with these providers as necessary to deliver the Service, and we may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights, users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted access to production systems and stored documents.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using the Service in a secure manner.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may access and update certain account information within the Service, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; we will honor such rights as required by applicable law.

You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages. We may still send you service-related communications that are necessary to administer your account.

9. International Users and Children

The Service is intended for business use in the United States and is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice within the Service or updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
